The Haus of BAM Coaching Package is a supportive, empowering container built specifically for folks who’ve spent too long trying to squeeze themselves into systems never designed for their identities, their brains, or their brilliance. It's a transformative coaching experience designed to help you break through the beliefs that have been holding you back and step forward into the life you want with clarity and confidence. Here, you get space, structure, and a coach who actually gets it - someone walking beside you as a partner, not a judge. I deeply believe that meaningful change comes from consistency. Coaching isn’t a one-off “aha moment” - it’s a process of uncovering, practicing, adjusting, and integrating. That’s why this package is intentionally structured over multiple sessions: so you have time to build momentum, stay supported, and develop changes that actually stick. What’s Included: ✨ 6 Private Online Coaching Sessions Together, we’ll explore limiting beliefs shaped by lived experiences, neurodivergence, or identity. We’ll clarify your personal values, understand how your brain naturally operates, and build strategies that honor your energy, motivation patterns, and emotional needs. Each 1hr session is a space to unmask, breathe, and grow. ✨ Check-Ins Between Sessions Since we can benefit from ongoing connection, you’ll receive gentle, supportive check-ins to help maintain focus, momentum, and confidence - without pressure. ✨ Accountability & Progress Tracking We’ll co-create accountability structures that work with you. Expect flexible systems, compassionate tracking, and a partnership that celebrates progress, resilience, and your evolving rhythm - not perfection. (Individual sessions are also available for focused, one-off support whenever you need it for £80 per hour) Booking & Investment Sessions 2–6 will be scheduled at the end of each previous session, so the rhythm stays smooth and consistent without extra admin or overwhelm. Payment for the full programme is made prior to starting, ensuring you have a committed, supported container from day one. And because access matters, I’m open to discussing cost adjustments based on your current financial situation - we’ll find a rate that respects both your means and the value of the work we’re doing together.
