Welcome to Haus of BAM Coaching. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“the Client”) and us (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your use of our coaching services. By booking or attending coaching sessions, programmes, or events, you agree to these Terms.

We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions.

4. Booking & Payments

All sessions or programmes must be booked in advance using a method detailed on our website.

Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).

Any special offers which are available are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash. Offers include promotions, discount codes, exclusive discounts. One offer per transaction.

If you request any additional services which are not included in the service you have ordered, you will pay extra. Price to be agreed and payment must be made in advance of receiving such additional services.
5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 48 hours notice.

Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

Refunds are not normally offered once coaching has started, unless required by UK consumer law.

If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative.
6. Confidentiality

We will keep everything you share in coaching sessions private, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm, criminal activity).

Solo and group sessions may be recorded. Group sessions may be shared with others. We will obtain your consent for a solo session before any recording is made and they will only be shared (unless required by law) or recorded after obtaining your consent.

You agree not to record sessions without our written consent.
7. Using Our Materials

Any worksheets, exercises, or online content we provide are for your personal use only.

You may not copy, share, or sell our materials without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability

We will provide coaching services with reasonable skill and care.

However, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or costs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our services, please contact us at hausofbam@outlook.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
