How can we help?

At Haus of BAM Coaching, we offer more than coaching - this is a 'Haus' of support.​ 

 

We’re here to work with you and your ADHD. During our sessions, we’ll help you identify your strengths and decide whether you want to fully embrace and use them or work on areas where you might need some support. We’ll focus on what you want to achieve and how you want to feel.

 

We’ll help you develop strategies to support you in your daily life or in specific situations. These strategies can help bring structure and guidance to help you achieve your goals, manage your symptoms, and improve your executive function.

 

 Ben shares, "I’ve spent most of my life either not managing my symptoms or trying to hide them, without anyone ever thinking I might have ADHD. I finally got an assessment as an adult, and what I thought would bring me clarity ended up bringing me more questions and a path to find the answers and strategies that work for neurodiverse people like me. A coach once asked me, “Why are you trying to fit into neurotypical stereotypes?” and that was the turning point for me to really think about what I want and why I’d tried fitting in with societies neurotypical expectations.
